JEREMY ASHER LYNCH was born on a chicken farm in Maryland and spent much of his youth wandering from Alaska to Florida before settling in Santa Monica, California. The director’s travels and early start — he began making skate videos and short films at age eight — have helped Lynch develop a sensitive eye for human stories and narrative. Tomgirl, Lynch’s short film about a gender non-conforming seven-year-old, has played at more than 50 festivals worldwide and displays the director’s strong sense for individuality and personal expression. Lynch’s commercial clients include Audi, Samsung, Dodge, Redbull, MTV and American Express, among others. A self-taught artist and photographer, Lynch has exhibited his work internationally and has partnered with Dr. Martens on its first artist series boot.
